Leo’s Pop… first pop?

the start of everything

If you know me, you know that for a long time I never knew very well what I wanted to do with my life (spoiler alert: I still don't know!!), but after many thinking thoughts, one thing that always stood out for me was how I like to communicate (whether complaining about anything or in conversations that go beyond what an ordinary person would understand).

For a long time I thought, "my god?! Why don't I create a podcast," however, I thought... no. Because honestly a podcast takes a lot of work, you have to organize the guests, you have to do a google calendar and you build a following! It takes a lot of fucking time!! (got that reference? pls do) But anyways, for real it would be a little too much, even for me. So I focused on writing, because I write (duh?) ... So about 2 years ago I had created a site similar to this one, where I intended to do something similar to what I'm doing now, but that obviously didn't happen. But this time, after a lot, a lot, a lot of time thinking about what I could do with my free time, here it is. It's not a podcast, it's not a website, it's a newsletter! ...... For non-connoisseurs, newsletters are updates (monthly or weekly) on any subjects such I would like to update someone. In my case, I am reinventing the original idea of my late (but not created) podcast, the Leo’s Pop.

“But leo, what the hell is “Leo’s Pop”??????”

Well... I don't have a right definition about what it is/will become yet, only in an attempt to make you come back here more than once, here it goes: Leo’s Pop is a newsletter in which Leo (I), talk about something pop culture related weekly (I swear I will try to do it weekly!!!!), be it a movie I saw, a book I read, random stuff I want to talk about! Basically a weekly blast about whatever I feel like blasting you with.

This introduction doesn't really count as a weekly post, and it's not something I personally feel like it describes what's going to happen here, so this week's real post can be found here on my profile.

So that's it... living my dream of Dan Humphrey/Carrie Bradshaw, writing a lot of things, late at night, I finish the opening chapter of my new, possible hobby! (is it okay I call this a hobby?). With great hopes that not only I wont let any writing mistakes pass but that this will really happen and not be one of the things I say I will do and never really do,
